Tennessee has 27 technology centers, 26 (except Chattanooga) are free-standing institutions. They are the state’s premier providers of workforce development. TTC’s 818 employees provide state-of-the-art training for workers seeking the technical and professional skills necessary to advance in a competitive job market. Under governance by the TBR, the mission of TTCs certificate and diploma programs is to provide the well-trained, skilled workforce required by business and industry.
